A few of the rooms are small and in exceptional condition with warm, homely decor. Most of the rooms are a little more dated in appearance, but still in very good condition. All the bathrooms are simply decorated and in very good condition. The hotel follows a policy of constantly upgrading, so it will not be long before all rooms are of exceptional standard.

From London Heathrow Airport: Approximate distance to the hotel is 20 km (12.5 miles). Take the M4 as far as the A4 which becomes Cromwell Road at the junction with Earls Court Road. Continue straight on Cromwell Road and turn into Queensberry Place. Getting there. From Heathrow airport take the Underground Piccadilly Line directly to South Kensington station which is 400 metres from the hotel. Exit the station onto Harrington Road. Take the second right onto Queensberry Place. Taxi cabs are also readily available at the airport. Getting there. The easiest way to navigate London is via the Underground or bus services. Alternatively black taxi cabs can be hailed in the street. London charges congestion zone fees within clearly designated areas of the city. Those who operate vehicles within these zones are assessed daily fees that apply Mondays through Fridays. The money saving Oyster Card is a smartcard that stores up to 90 pounds of pay as you go credit. It can be used on the Tubes, buses, DLR, trams and select national rail services throughout London. Oyster Cards are less expensive than single fares, and daily price capping automatically calculates the least expensive fare for single day journeys.
