This beautiful American Victorian built in 1892 is located in the historic Uptown/Garden District. Registered by the U.S. Department of the Interior as an Historic Place, it was restored and thoroughly modernized for our guests' enjoyment and comfort, however all of the original architectural details remain. Ornamental woodwork, wonderful antiques, delicate chandeliers, and of course, Southern hospitality welcome you to our exquisite bed and breakfast. Let us tempt you with our wonderful Southern breakfasts. Enjoy complimentary wine and cheese in the early evenings on weekends. Nibble on the homemade goodies that are always set out for our guests. Before dinner or a port before bed. Lounge in our brick courtyard among the gardenias and hibiscus. Relax in a luxurious, yet comfortable, environment. Each guest room is spacious and beautifully decorated. All have luxurious baths, many with whirlpool tubs. Our guests enjoy private voice mail, data ports, cable TV, luxury milled soaps, plush white cotton terry bathrobes, and other amenities you would expect from a fine hotel. The French Quarter, the Universities, and Audubon Park are a short street car ride away! You can stroll down Magazine Street and browse the great antique stores and unique boutiques, or enjoy a tour of the impressive and historic Garden District. World-class dining is around the corner and throughout the city. Try your luck at the casinos, cruise the mighty Mississippi, visit the swamps, or tour magnificent and historic antebellum plantations. There is no end to the ease and excitement of New Orleans. Come and enjoy it with us! Maison Perrier is located 2.8 miles west of the French Quarter in the Uptown Garden District. It is close to the Ernest M.Morial convention center, Audubon Park, Universities, shopping, restaurants, carnival parades, and night clubs.
