-48 hours, Peak Season - December 22nd untill January 10th - cancallations must be made a minimum of 45 days prior to the check in date to avoid a penalty fee equal to the full leagth stay. During all other times, cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the check in date to avoid a penalty fee equal to the firsth night's accomodation charges.
