Between Christmas and New Year, I took myself on a road trip down the Great Ocean Road. Decided to do an organised tour and it was well worth it. The tour was lots of fun and met some fun people!

Day 1 we drove the to the other end of the Great Ocean Road (GRO) which is about 4 hours from Melbourne. We spent the rest of the day meandering back towards Melbourne ending up at the Twelve Apostles for the evening. Along the way I saw my first Koala (so cute!) and some amazing costal formations. We ended the day watching the sun set at the apostles and watching the penguins come up the beach to nest. Finished off the night in the local pub where a few too many beers were had!

Day 2 was again following the coast, stopping at all the sights and lookouts. The views are fantastic and really do take your breath away! We stopped at Bells beach where Point Break was fimed, the last scene where Patrick surfs the biggest wave in the rain! then we headed to the lighthouse used in the kids TV series 'Round the Twist'. All in all a fantastic trip!
