Day 13 - Ghopte to Mangengoth (3285m)

The heavy rain and thunder overnight had cleared by morning but the trail was still fairly perilous for the first hour until we arrived in Tharepati for a ginger tea and a mars bar.  We had also got back into the rhodedendron zone but I'd stopped taking photos of them.  We'd decided after yesterday to have an easy day today so we stopped at Mangengoth at 12:00 noon had lunch and then had a bucket shower, our first proper wash for four days but we all smelled the same!!  The group we'd met up with in Ghopte were also there, Barbara, Janni and Florence.
