“Lots and lots of statues” |
Today we visited Gettysburg. We went to the visitors center and saw an electric map that displayed how the battle of Gettysburg was fought over a period of three days. We also viewed many statues and monuments. While visiting the statues we found a beautiful neighborhood with a field of wildflowers.
The visitors center had a great museum that displayed many artifacts found by farmers after the battle was over. It is amazing how many statues there are paying tribute to just about everything.
