Getting There -- SAS (tel. 0770/72-77-27) flies twice daily from Stockholm (flight time: 95 min.). The airport is a 15-minute drive north of the town center; a Flygbuss operates periodically, or a taxi is 250SEK ($35/£18) each way. Two or three trains per day make the 16-hour trip to the center of Gällivare, a major rail junction. From here, you can change trains to Kiruna, a trip of 1 1/2 hours. From Gällivare, continue northwest along E10.
