Getting There
By Train -- Hourly train service runs on the express rail line between Munich and Innsbruck, Austria. From Munich, trip time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours; from Frankfurt, 5 to 6 hours. Call tel. 01805/996633 for information.
By Bus -- Regional bus service from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and nearby towns is frequently provided by RVO Regionalverkehr Oberbayern at Garmisch (tel. 08821/948274 for schedules and information).
By Car -- Access by car is via the A95 Autobahn from Munich.
