The cherry blossoms here in suburban Tokyo (Fussa City, especially) are a sight to behold. Looking at them, it's no wonder the japanese people would go to great lengths to celebrate the presence of the Sakura. When they're blooming as they are right now, you can see them pretty much anywhere, but most serene is the setting without any hint of the Tokyo rush of life. Enjoy it while it lasts though, because before you know it, the winds of spring will blow the cherry blossoms away, leaving you but a memory of their beauty.
