After Bahia travelled back down to the south of Brazil, visited the island Ilhe Grande for a couple of days & then went to the island of Florianopolis. There's so much to do there.. surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing, trekking... but the weather was really bad so i ended up doing very little other that get wasted with some crazy pisshead Scottish guys & left after 2 days feeling like crap. I'm ashamed about this (sorry Sarah!), but when I return to Brazil some time in the future I will definitely be going there as my first port of call. Finally arrived at - my last Brazilian stop - the incredible waterfalls of Foz de Iguassu yesterday. I can honestly say that after 4 months, it's easily the most awe-inspiring thing i've seen. I think something like 1,300 cubic yards of water fling themselves over these falls every SECOND!! The noise is deafening & the sight, well as i say, awe-inspiring... amazing! Now in Argentina, I'd been here no more than an hour when four hysterically giggling elderly Argentinian women (apparently on hols from southern Argentina) asked to have their photos taken with me!!... apparently not many black people in Argentina! Was very amusing!
