Really good hostel with a great restaurant. Staying in a 10 bed dorm, which is a little noisy on the street, but the hostel atmosphere makes up for it. Q25 pn.

Also not in the guide books, recommended by a fellow traveller. V-laid back hostel, great communal area, and great (but slow) food. Order your food about 1.5hours before you need it. CHeap too!

$50 US got us an air-conditioned room with three beds, private bath, and hammock on the patio looking out at Lake Peten Izta.
