Nerbone is a tiny stand in the mercato centrale shopping market. It has only about 5 or 6 communal tables that are constantly full of people. For incredibly cheap, you can dine on amazing pasta and their specialty-panini bollito. It's their meat sandwich reminiscent of a french dip sandwich. We ordered two pastas and a sandwich all for about 11 euros. Can't beat that! Although there are lots of tourists eating there, there are also TONS of locals and eating in a little local bustling market, you really feel like a Florentine.
