Disneyland Paris journal: Rockin' Rollercoaster

We spent alot of time here the second time round then we did the last time.

We caught 3 different shows and caught the ending of the film parade (wasn't all that)

We went on Rockin' Rollercoaster loads of times (it's my favourite ride in the park). This ride is so cool, you are strapped in with these massive weird looking things by your ears, which turn out to be speakers, you are then rushed along round the corner where you stop and wait. All of a sudden this light comes on showing a countdown 3...2...1....Bam, you are riding from 0-100 in the space of three seconds while feeling ...

Disneyland Paris journal: Sleeping Beauty's Castle

The main park is quite big, with rides like Big Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones and Space Mountain. Out of all of those rides I would have to say that Space Mountain is probably the best out of all of them. You get thrown around alot on Indy which can be quite painful.

There are quite a few shops along Main Street, my favourite one was the sweet shop, can't remember the name, they amount of sweets they sell is unreal, they would have you going to the dentist in a week.

There were quite a few food outlets scattered around, and some choice restaurants, but we preferred to eat in the ...

France journal: Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris is a place where one can go to recapture their childhood memories. Be it sword fighting with Captain Hook or having ones picture taken with a princess. Disneyland Paris is the place where there is something for everyone.

Disneyland Paris journal: Disneyland Paris

Having visited the resort twice I can honestly say our experiences were different on each trip.

We visited Winnie the Pooh in the Hundred Acre Wood. Had some dinner with Mickey & Minnie and rode the superfast Rockin Rollercoaster (my favourite ride in the whole of the resort)

We shopped in the village and got a few souvenirs. You gotta check our Anettes Diner while you there too. The waiters/resses serve you on rollerskates, hotdogs are not bad either.

There is no good time to go cos whenever you go there is always something going on. The first time we went was in ...

Disneyland Paris journal: Dinner with the Characters

We ate here quite alot. You get a set menu with 3 courses. I recommend the steak, it just melts away in your mouth.

The characters come out every hour and dance around to an upbeat song, then they walk around the tables for photo opportunities.

We met more characters here in the park and the plus side to this is that the characters will spend a bit of time with you, whereas in the park you are scrambling over each other to get a picture.

We had so much fun here, the characters really get involved, we had Captain Hook poking David around, Pluto trying to eat my head and Baloo ...

Disneyland Paris journal: The Pink Palace

From the moment I stepped into the Lobby I was mesmerised. It was beautifully furnished from top to bottom. Plush carpets, soft coloured walls, and leather armchairs (the kind you would see in an old fashioned study).

There were glass cases with different Disney characters in puppet form.

The staff were dressed in Victorian Period clothing giving the impression that this was a Grand Hotel.

The walk to our room was interesting, we were tucked away in the West Wing. We passed the gift shop which was huge, with a Disney Princess window display.

Our room was perfect. We had ...
