Day 1

The flight into Rome was "Pure Dead Brillaint", after leaving Glasgow with the pouring rain and the freezing cold, we glided through the clear blue skys with the scorching sun into Rome ciampino. The plane journey into Rome provided us with spectular views of the whole of Rome including our first sight of the famous colosseum. We had arranged for an airport pick-up from the airport to our hotel, and was praying that it turned up unlike our pick-up in krakow. day 1

We had an early flight that morning at 6.40, and because we were flying with a budget airline we were a good 50 minutes away from the airport so we were up at about 3.40am :-o. Thankfully our flying wasn't delayed and we were on our way to Krakow! A quick two and a half hours latter we had arrived. As we landed and exited the plane, thats when the overwhelming heat hut us and it was unbearable. Balcaldine Castle is an amazing place to stay, there are only two rooms in this castle(well three rooms if needed) this makes the experince of staying in this castle all the more memorable. We managed to get a last minute cancelation on set off that day, however we did get lost a few time and ended up in Fort William when ment to be in the Oban road! But the owners of the castle were more than helpful giving us directions three or four time lol. When we eventually arrived the castle had exceeded our expections. Was first time staying in a hostel and....was really impressed! The hostel was very modern and all room had there own ensuite.

If you go to krakow you need to got to Dominium Pizza it in the main centre so is easy to find, the food is amazing and best of all it so cheap.

Day 1

Brussels was amazing:D we left on the friday and our flight was it 11.55am so we got to the airport went through security..... then when we look to see when our flight was boarding we found out that it had been delayed for 2 hours:( But that the risk you take when booking a cheap deal. Once we eventually got on the plane it was a quick flight to Brussels Charleroi airport which is about 46km from the centre of Brussels when we arrived we booked our ticket for the coach which would take us to the train station (however can't remember the price of the ticket). Lanzarote journal: lanzarote 2006

This was our first time at Lanzarote, we usally go to Tenerife but decided for a change this year and glad that we did. As soon as we arrive at our hotel We dumped our bags in the room and went to look about town.

As soon as we left our hotel we were right on the main front and the beach. The beaches were amazing there were miles of golden sandy beaches.

After lying on the beach all day we went back to the hotel to get ready and go out for dinner we walked about town to try and find a restaurant and we evently picked a steak house for our first night. A few more days had passed ...
