Start the evening with an exotic cocktail at Cafe Atlantico. Try the caipirinha, a fruity daiquiri-like drink or the mojito, a refreshing blend of mint, lime and rum that packs a punch. The food is equally interesting. Appetizers with fresh shellfish, shrimp, mussels or oysters are laced with citrus and spice. Fish and meat entrees are also enhanced with tropical flair.
