Per Olsson (Swedish equivalent to 'Old MacDonald') wants stressed-out, urban youngsters to unwind. He wants to bring the flavour of the countryside to Stockholm. His restaurant has a country style decor-with wooden panels and heavy tables. The food is local, traditional Swedish cuisine, of course, and served in grand portions. Just like back in the old days when we were all farmers anyway!
