Located in the spectacular Banff Springs Hotel, Bow Valley Grill allows diners to eat while contemplating the western face of Mount Rundle. Enjoy the local mountain art scattered about the room while observing the master chefs in the 50-foot-long open kitchen. A wide range of locally and micro-brewed beers are available, and the wine cellar is said to be the most extensive in the country. Only the freshest local and imported ingredients are used, prepared more as art than mere nutrition.Â
