Even if you're not crazy about pizza, you'll likely appreciate Truby's eclectic approach to the popular dish. Here you can get wood-fired, Thai-style, Athenian, veggie, or design-your-own pizza. The crusts are thin and hand-tossed, and toppings range from Cajun andouille sausage and Jamaican jerked chicken to feta cheese and mandarin oranges. Pastas, steaks, seafood specials, baby back ribs, and burgers made of a mix of beef and buffalo on focaccia bread round out the menu. Truby's has a happening atmosphere with a comfortable bar, lots of customers, and a cheerful staff. The wine list features 150 different bottles.
