Furnishings at the Fiesta Japanese Restaurant are typically minimal and uncluttered. Walls are covered with cartoon-style paintings. Japanese-lacquered dishes and Japanese-inspired design china ware set the atmosphere. At the center of the dining area is the sushi bar with a revolving conveyor belt offering numerous choices. Traditional items include soba teriyaki set, tempura soba and oyaku-don. It also features a wide selection of à la carte menus and set meals. For dessert, sample the signature cheesecake, which comes in various tantalizing flavors. Drinks are limited to Tiger beer, sake and the usual soft drinks.
