More information on Elizabeth (The)
This is the place to come to celebrate an important occasion. With a reputation for being Oxford's best and most expensive restaurant, Elizabeth's is universally admired. Unpretentious but classy, Elizabeth's is stylish in a restrained sort of way, with, strangely enough, Spanish motifs predominating. The food is excellent although vegetarians might feel a little left out. The wine list boasts more than 200 variations, and the puddings are something you cannot hope to avoid. Elizabeth's never disappoints.
