At le Parchemin, you will find a cozy restaurant in the 1876 Parish House adjacent to Christ Church Cathedral. The chef turns out flawless gourmet dishes, which are served in an intimate atmosphere. The table d'hôte is exquisite. Otherwise, try the pheasant pâté topped with apricot chutney, or the warm goat cheese in a flaky pastry. The fillet of sole with lobster sauce is a good bet, or you can opt for duck and shrimp in mushroom sauce too. The daily Chef's suggestion is great; Go for it!
