With the credo “In Food We Trust,” it’s apparent that to chef-owners Lisa Dahl and Andrea DiLuca, Italian cuisine is a passion and not only a business. Voted best Italian Restaurant by Red Rock News 7 years in a row, Dahl and DiLuca’s has a Mediterranean atmosphere complete with tile floors and lattice-backed chairs, live piano on the weekends, and a menu full of Italian traditional dishes like bruschetta, Piatto Milanese, and linguini.
