Bacchus serves all the usual Lebanese favorites, but the restaurant is known for its meze. The offerings are varied and include phyllo stuffed with spinach or cheese, stuffed eggplant or stuffed grape leaves. Sausage, chicken drumsticks, hummus and zucchini pancakes are also popular choices. The restaurant is between Adams-Morgan and Dupont Circle, tucked inside the lower level of a townhouse. Draped fabric on the walls and the crowded energy of this popular restaurant give it a whimsical atmosphere.
