Not many people know of the specialities the Balakn cuisine has to offer. But visitors to the "Weisses Kreuz", a few steps away from the "Kapitel Square", will soon learn to appreciate the tasty dishes that this gem of a restaurant has to offer. Even the harshest critics of Southern food will have to admit after the first few bites that these meals are extraordinary good. In quite a rural interior the "Weißes Kreuz" offers perfectly prepared "Raznici" (meat on a stick) or "Pleskavica" with lots of spice and onions. It is truly an experience!
