Chez Thuy Hoa is a cheerful restaurant opened by the original chef of T-Wa Inn. Decorated in a simple yet elegant style, with a forest of green plants and old-fashioned fixtures, this restaurant serves some of the finest Asian food in downtown with a heavy emphasis on Vietnamese fare. A fabulously popular place, especially during lunch, the soft shelled crab rates as the house specialty. Among other favorite dishes are the varying noodles bowls with grilled meats, vegetables and sumptuous sauces.
