Vetri Ristorante, open since 1998, has offered diners a prized Italian cuisine experience. Ranked as one of the top restaurants in America, Vetri offers a seasonal menu with both classic and contemporary ingredients. Popular dishes include fresh pasta, stuffed hen, venison loin and a chocolate soufflé for dessert. The wine cellar houses more than 5,000 bottles from 500 labels, including wines from Australia, France, Austria and California. The 35-seat dining room makes for an intimate atmosphere.
