Located on the top of the NationsBank building, Manuel's on the 28th offers great views of the Orlando skyline. Most diners agree that the meals can match the view. Though the restaurant has a limited menu and a small kitchen, the chefs are able to create culinary delights such as filet mignon, fried sea bass and lobster tails. The wine list includes both international and domestic choices, especially a selection of California’s finest.
