File this one under 'guilty pleasures'. It sounds strange to combine chicken and waffles on the same plate, but you've got to try it. It's out of this world good. Sure, it's high in cholesterol but sometimes you just have to live. This down-home Southern stop also offers grits and all the soul-food accoutrements, including black-eyed peas, all kinds of greens and more. Thank heaven for wet-naps.
