Lying slightly outside the town centre between the towns of Mérignac and Bouscat, this restaurant boasts a pleasant setting with an indoor garden and an intimate, family atmosphere. The names of dishes made from country ingredients are written on blackboards hanging on the walls: calf's cheek, pig's trotters, scrambled eggs with foie gras (goose liver pâté), tomato preserve as well as a variety of fish courses such as tuna a la niçoise (Mediterranean style) –just a few of the many dishes served here! From simple ingredients, the chef stamps his own mark and the home-made desserts match the quality of the other courses.
