Chef Todd Nelson handmakes his pasta in this very upscale Italian restaurant. You are bathed in elegance with a modern twist on old Italian architecture. The back wall is glass and overlooks a lake with live waterfowl. Although the menu is not swimming with seafood choices, one that stands out is the Pesce Spada al Salmoriglio (Grilled fresh swordfish) cooked Adriatic style. If you'r feeling adventurous, try the Scaloppine di Vitello con Marsala e Funghi, veal scallops with grilled radicchio, portabella mushroom, asparagus and marsala.
