Restaurationen is a highly esteemed restaurant which works in connection with the seasons and a menu that changes weekly. It bakes its own bread and makes its own sausages and hams. The exciting cuisine with its many organic raw materials has been honored with one Michelin star. In the hall you'll find two thin partition walls with black-and-white photos of the restaurant's cooks. Inside, the restaurant has a high ceiling and distinguished paintings on the walls. The furniture is simple and stylish. The menu contains seven dishes in a sophisticated and French-inspired style. The Sommelier of the house composes a wine menu that usually costs a decent amount. Restaurationen has a splendid selection, with a collection of fine wines and many avecs, plus cigars.
