The name of this small cozy restaurant in Provence style refers to Fréderic Mistral, the Noble Prize winner for poetry. You will only get a table here if you have a reservation in advance. The proprietors are really into handmade Provençal earthenware, which you can see in the small open kitchen. Decorative plates from Avignon (on the wall) and cute tablecloths from Aix—en—Provence give the dining area its French touch. Delicious salads with homemade vinaigrette dressing with olive oil and pineapple are really worth trying. Every week you have a number of dishes to choose from like the stewed dove flambé with Armagnac.
