Superb exotic cuisine is not necessarily enough anymore. In a city that has everything, many diners also want a restaurant that will transport them from the bustle of Manhattan into a movie set dream world. Jean-Georges Vongerichten's French-Asian bistro Vong is just that place. Everything on the spectacular menu (from Thai Lobster to Muscovy Duck) melts in your mouth. Dine joyously with silver chopsticks as you take in the beautiful interior filled with rich red and gold. On Saturday's it is only open during dinner timings.
