More information on La Carbonara
Well-known, time-tested Roman trattoria,  La Carbonara has been around since 1906. The atmosphere is unpretentious and the restaurant is located in a lovely part of town. Book if you want a late night meal. The menu has excellent fried starters including vegetables and gnocchi with potatoes, ricotta, carrots and spinach. There are seven types of home-made pasta and a wide variety of desserts.
