More information on Mars

Spicy food from a variety of origins makes dining in this place a taste-tempting treat. Try the Tea-Smoked Duck, which is finished in a clay oven, or for something more traditional, the Tandoori Chicken. The buzz about Mars would not be complete, however, without a mention of the Rice Paper Fish which is the catch of the day cooked in rice paper with whatever combination of herbs, spices and vegetables that strikes the mood of the chef. The results are typically fantastic. If you feel adventurous, try the spicy Thai-style noodles.
