Traditional quality cooking is what we have here. The dishes are very carefully prepared in this restaurant, which is situated in a street running perpendicular to the Gran VÃa. The dining rooms are large and spacious, and customers are "really comfortable" here. Furthermore, the Sarobe is one of the few restaurants in Bilbao to offer a no smoking area to customers. Many restaurants would, of course, like to offer this service, but are unable to because of limited space. Space is not a problem here, though. You can choose from the menus of the day at a table in the bar area or, inside the restaurant proper, choose from one of the special menus. These are some of the tastiest dishes to come out of the Sarobe kitchen: cod salad, avocado with shrimps, selection of vegetables, baked sea-bass, and leg of lamb with wild mushroom sauce.
