After New York and Chicago, Las Vegas is tasting some great sushi at Japonais. Chefs Jun Ichikawa and Gene Kato have added a French touch to contemporary Japanese cuisine and designed a fantastic array of hot and cold appetizers and entrées. Located at the Mirage Hotel, Japonais serves some exotic Oriental cocktails, sake and liqueur. Enjoy Kani Nikiri, the spicy baked prawn or the tender maple leaf smoked duck or simply stick to the signature sushi roll. Overall, a great dining experience overlooking the bustling casino.
