Eating Italian food is always a bit like being in a play or film. Cinecittà takes this literally. It is named after the film studios in Rome and, once inside, you feel as if you have been transported there. The walls are covered with photographs, posters and autographs from the world of cinema. The menu, if not quite as cinematic, is nevertheless varied and authentically Italian. There is a large selection of pizzas and pasta dishes as well as an excellent wine list. The atmosphere adds to your enjoyment and sense of well-being.
