More information on Grappe d'Or (La)
This restaurant, generally regarded as the best in Lausanne, is situated in the very center of town, at the bottom of the Rue Cheneau-de-Bourg. Classic dishes are served, with Mediterranean or Oriental influences. The dessert trolley is splendid, as is the wine menu. La Grappe d'Or also has a little sister restaurant, La Petite Grappe which is less prestigious but also less expensive. Both are worth a visit just to see what all the fuss is about.
