If you're looking for a place to eat healthy Chinese food in Tucson, stop here. Chef Danny Yee, who owns the place, tries to run it according to his high standards for quality, commitment and teamwork among his staff. The all-you-can-eat buffet is the big draw. It's considered the healthiest Chinese buffet in town, as no oil and only water is used in the stir-fry process. You choose what you want in your dish, and pass it over to the cook, who sautes it in front of your eyes in a huge Mongolian wok. The result can be a bit bland sometimes, but healthy it is. Chef's specials, with or without meat, are priced at around $8.
