The owner of this restaurant , Horacio Alonso, arrived in Asturias backed up by many years of experience in restaurants in Switzerland, England, Canary Islands and the Baleares. Taking as its base the local cuisine, the dishes have been adapted to the tastes of its varied clientele. The dishes are distinctive for their originality. Try the grilled green asparagus with marinated salmon, the meats and fishes, ice creams and flambé strawberries. The proximity of this restaurant to the bullring and the Theatre of the Maestranza means that amongst its regulars, there are bullfighting aficionados and personalities from the world of show business. It is the ideal place to have dinner in one of the most authentic areas of Seville, the Arenal district.
