Serving the best food in its neighborhood, this low key joint has stood the test of time. The name is rather suggestive of the prevailing decor, both inside and out. A small bar is located in the corner of the simply adorned dining room. Nothing trendy, nothing fancy, the menu is as straightforward as the service. The fried shrimp is among the best in the city, lightly breaded and not too greasy. Other seafood specialties include a salmon and lobster bisque and a rotating variety of grilled and fried fish.
