Unique cuisine and atmosphere are synonymous with elegance at this one-of-a-kind establishment. Located 50 stories above the ground in Reunion Tower in the Hyatt Regency Dallas, Antares provides lunch and dinner with an unparalleled revolving view. Lunch selections feature salads and sandwiches, and the dinner menu has an array of delicious entree choices. Innovative salads include Chili-Rubbed Sirloin and Grilled Shrimp on Jicama-Pear slaw or greens with crumbled Bleu cheese and Cabernet dressing. Main course selections include Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Loin, Olive and Herb Crusted Sea Bass, and Classic Aged New York Sirloin Steak. Due to its romantic setting, Antares witnesses an average of six anniversary celebrations and eight marriage proposals per week, making it one of the most romantic places to dine in Dallas.
