This veteran Italian restaurant in the formal style has a reputation that precedes it. The Hildebrand is a standing favourite of locals and has been sanctioned by the Italian Presidency as an approved Ristorante Italiano. A formal restaurant, it's perfect for a refined evening out. Situated in one of the best V & A Waterfront sites, the Hildebrand has a large interior and expansive quayside al fresco dining area which is heated during cool weather. There's an extensive range of Italian dishes across the spectrum of seafood, grills, veal, pasta and home-made gnocchi. Although not strictly a seafood restaurant, the Hildebrand has a solid reputation for its sea fare. It has the best veal saltimbocca in town. There's an extensive list of local and international wines.Disabled Access.
