The three men who run Popcorn met at the catering college in Grythyttan and decided to start a restaurant together. One must not miss the five-course menu or the vegetarian two-course. Popcorn has a varied wine list, with about 100 different types of wines, 30 of them available by glass. The restaurant is cozy and warm and the cellar is partly decorated with old farming tools. The aim is to create a menu based on the French cuisine but inspired by Swedish traditions with an international appeal. So do visit to find out whether they have succeeded in this endeavor.
