More information on Cap'n Tobey's Chowder House
This convenient eatery close to the harbor specializes in seafood obtained daily from local fishermen. Diners can choose between halibut, yellow-fin tuna, Atlantic sea scallops, swordfish, and salmon, and have it grilled, baked, or blackened. Lobster is always on the menu. The raw bar features oysters, littlenecks, and shrimp. There is also a less-expensive fried fish menu, a good choice for families.
