Visit Carlo and Bernadette Cardillo's restaurant and treat yourself to a pre-theatre or even pre-pub meal in this exquisitely formal Italian eaterie. The picture-perfect front window display featuring a huge sunflower lures in a bustling pre and post-Watergate theatre crowd for such specialties of the house as fettuccine mari e mondi: a tantalizing combination of pasta, seafood and wild mushrooms. Pizzas are of course also available, as is a full and varied wine list.
