This restaurant draws diners from across Memphis, who come both for the food and to hear the singing servers. Performing Broadway or light opera tunes, the servers entertain you while bringing your food in the softly lit dining rooms. Italian and Mediterranean fare are the evening specialties, while American-style breakfast and lunch menus start the day. From Monday through Friday, a lunch buffet features Southern-style cooking and an impressive brunch is served on Sunday. The restaurant overlooks the hotel's reflecting pond, making for a pleasant dining experience.
