Splash is a restaurant with a beautiful view, perfect for breakfast before the start of another busy day in Cancún. In the morning, there is nothing better than one of these breakfasts with orange juice with some fried or Yucatan motuleño style eggs, chilaquiles (made of tortilla pieces, fried and cooked with red or green spicy salsa and served with grated cheese, onion and cream) or molletes (bread slices with beans and melted cheese). It prepares you for a grueling day of beach relaxation or shopping. Splash's low prices, good service and variety of dishes have made it famous. It's a 100-percent family atmosphere.
