In Caracas, Urrutia has come to mean Basque gastronomy, especially in the Sabana Grande restaurant, although there is now another one in eastern Caracas. The premises shows its age. The dining room is just barely separated from busy Francisco Solano Avenue by the large windows inviting passers-by to come in. Try to do so, if you have the time and some money for it.
